\u5982\u6211\u4e0d\u6eff\u610f\u4ee3\u7406\u7684\u670d\u52d9\u6216\u4ee3\u7406\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u63d0\u4f9b\u4ed6\u627f\u8afe\u7684\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u53ef\u5426\u4e0d\u7d66\u4e88\u4ee3\u7406\u4f63\u91d1\uff1f<\/div><div su-u-trim\">\n\u5730\u7522\u4ee3\u7406\u5354\u8b70\u662f\u5177\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6548\u529b\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u96d9\u65b9\u7c3d\u7f72\u5f8c\uff0c\u61c9\u9075\u5b88\u5354\u8b70\u4e0a\u7684\u689d\u6587\u3002\u5018\u82e5\u4f60\u4e0d\u6eff\u610f\u4ee3\u7406\u7684\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u53ef\u5411\u5176\u6240\u5c6c\u516c\u53f8\u53cd\u6620\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81f3\u65bc\u4ee3\u7406\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u662f\u5426\u5145\u5206\u5c65\u884c\u5354\u8b70\u5167\u8a02\u660e\u7684\u8077\u8cac\uff0c\u6216\u514c\u73fe\u5176\u627f\u8afe\uff0c\u60c5\u6cc1\u96e3\u4ee5\u4e00\u6982\u800c\u8ad6\u3002\u4f60\u61c9\u8a72\u5c31\u6b64\u5c0b\u6c42\u6cd5\u5f8b\u610f\u898b\u3002\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u8207\u5f9e\u696d\u54e1\u5c31\u4f63\u91d1\u7684\u722d\u8b70\u4e43\u5546\u696d\u7cfe\u7d1b\uff0c\u96d9\u65b9\u53ef\u5faa\u6c11\u4e8b\u9014\u5f91\u8655\u7406\u6709\u95dc\u722d\u8b70\u3002\u96d9\u65b9\u4ea6\u53ef\u6839\u64da<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elegislation.gov.hk\/hk\/cap511!zh-Hant-HK@2014-04-10T00:00:00?p0=1&amp;p1=1\" target=\"_blank\">\u300a\u5730\u7522\u4ee3\u7406\u689d\u4f8b\u300b<\/a>\u7b2c 49 \u689d\u628a\u4f63\u91d1\u722d\u8b70\u8f49\u4ecb\u76e3\u7ba1\u5c40\u4f5c\u51fa\u6709\u7d04\u675f\u529b\u7684\u88c1\u5b9a\u3002<br \/>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-default su-spoiler-icon-chevron-circle su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>12. \u8f03\u65e9\u524d\uff0c\u6211\u8207\u4ee3\u7406\u7532\u7c3d\u4e86\u5730\u7522\u4ee3\u7406\u5354\u8b70\uff0c\u53ca\u5f8c\u4ee3\u7406\u7532\u4ecb\u7d39\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u55ae\u4f4d\u7d66\u6211\uff0c\u6211\u592a\u592a\/\u7236\u6bcd\/\u5b50\u5973\/\u5144\u5f1f\u59ca\u59b9\u96a8\u5f8c\u7d93\u4ee3\u7406\u4e59\u8cfc\u5165\u4e86\u8a72\u55ae\u4f4d\uff0c\u4ee3\u7406\u7532\u6703\u5426\u5411\u6211\u8ffd\u8a0e\u4f63\u91d1\uff1f<\/div><div su-u-trim\">\n\u5730\u7522\u4ee3\u7406\u5354\u8b70\u662f\u5177\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6548\u529b\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u96d9\u65b9\u7c3d\u7f72\u5f8c\uff0c\u61c9\u9075\u5b88\u5354\u8b70\u4e0a\u7684\u689d\u6587\u3002\u6839\u64da\u5730\u7522\u4ee3\u7406\u5354\u8b70\uff0c\u5018\u82e5\u4f60\u7684\u914d\u5076\u3001\u4efb\u4f55\u4ee3\u540d\u4eba\u3001\u672a\u7d93\u62ab\u9732\u8eab\u5206\u7684\u4e3b\u4e8b\u4eba\u6216\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u5728\u6709\u6548\u671f\u5167(\u4e0d\u8ad6\u662f\u5426\u900f\u904e\u4ee3\u7406)\uff0c\u8207\u7269\u696d\u7684\u8ce3\u65b9\u8a02\u7acb\u8cb7\u8ce3\u5354\u8b70\uff0c\u5247\u4f60\u9808\u5411\u4ee3\u7406\u652f\u4ed8\u4f63\u91d1\u3002\u5018\u82e5\u6700\u7d42\u7684\u8cb7\u5bb6\u662f\u4f60\u7684\u7236\u6bcd\u6216\u5b50\u5973\u6216\u5144\u5f1f\u59ca\u59b9\uff0c\u800c\u4ed6\u5011\u662f\u4f60\u7684\u4ee3\u540d\u4eba\u3001\u4e3b\u4e8b\u4eba\u6216\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\uff0c\u4f60\u5247\u9808\u7e73\u4ed8\u4f63\u91d1\u3002<br \u5982\u6211\u7d93\u5730\u7522\u4ee3\u7406\u8996\u5bdf\u67d0\u4e00\u4f4f\u5b85\u55ae\u4f4d\uff0c\u4e26\u5c31\u6b64\u7c3d\u7f72\u5730\u7522\u4ee3\u7406\u5354\u8b70(\u4fd7\u7a31\u300c\u7747\u6a13\u7d19\u300d)\uff0c\u4f46\u6700\u5f8c\u76f4\u63a5\u5411\u8a72\u55ae\u4f4d\u7684\u696d\u4e3b\u8cfc\u5165\u7269\u696d\uff0c\u8a72\u5730\u7522\u4ee3\u7406\u6709\u6b0a\u5411\u6211\u8ffd\u8a0e\u4f63\u91d1\u55ce\uff1f<\/div><div
