I want to sell a residential property

The licensed estate agent shall complete Part 1 of the Property Information Form for the sale and purchase of residential properties in Hong Kong (Form 1) including setting out the subsisting encumbrances affecting the property, including:

1. court orders
2. building orders
3. slope maintenance orders
4. lease; and
5. mortgage or charge, etc.

Part 2 of Form 1 shall be completed by either the vendor himself or the licensed estate agent on his behalf. This section requires disclosure of information concerning whether any structural additions or alterations have been made to any part of the property.
